Another advance fee fraud.  How do I know that?  Because it's a fraud and it asks for an advance fee.  

Are you expecting a $1m for no reason?  Of course you're not.  And you won't get $1m if you answer this email.  All you get is a lot of reasons why you should pay the scammers lots of your hard earned cash.  There is no money for you.
